The case study showcases our recent project — a comprehensive design and construction endeavor to transform a ready-made chalet into an elegant, multifunctional space for exposition. The scope of work included outdoor and indoor construction to create an inspiring environment for business meetings, entertainment, and immersive experiences.

This chalet project successfully brought together high-end design, advanced technology, and thoughtful spatial planning to create a truly versatile environment. Each area was designed with specific functionality in mind, catering to both business and entertainment needs. The immersive room serves as a highlight, showcasing the creative potential of technology in spatial design. Overall, this project exemplifies our commitment to blending aesthetics with functionality, delivering a high-impact space that meets modern professional and experiential demands.

Project Scope

Outdoor Design and Decoration

To enhance the chalet’s exterior, we incorporated a variety of stylish and functional elements:

 • Wooden Lamellas: These were installed to add a warm, natural aesthetic while providing shade and elegant look.

 • Exclusive Furnishings: Outdoor furniture was carefully selected to complement the overall design, combining comfort with style.

The Highlight: Immersive Room

The project’s standout feature is the Immersive Room—a space designed to captivate and engage.

 • Design: This cube-shaped room, crafted from LED walls, provides a fully immersive experience through high-definition visuals and surround-sound capabilities.

 • Glossy Flooring: Reflective floors enhance the visual impact, creating an engaging and almost surreal environment for users.

 • Exterior Appeal: The exterior design with pattern executed in gold serves as a visual focal point, adding intrigue and sophistication to the chalet’s interior.

Interior Construction

The chalet’s interior spans two floors, each dedicated to distinct purposes and fitted with cutting-edge technology and refined design elements.

Ground Floor: Innovative AV Technology and Creative Spaces

The ground floor was designed as a hub of interactive technology, combining state-of-the-art audiovisual installations with creative, user-centric zones.

 • Each space is equipped with LED walls and projection mapping setups, enabling a dynamic environment for presentations and interactive experiences.

 • A VR Table allows users to engage with virtual reality content seamlessly.

 • A Transparent Touchscreen provides a modern, interactive platform for showcasing products or concepts, ideal for client engagement and educational activities.

First Floor: Business and Lounge Areas

The first floor offers a professional atmosphere, balancing productivity with comfort.

 • Three Meeting Rooms: Each room has been branded individually and features glass doors for a modern, open feel while still providing privacy. The rooms are equipped with the necessary AV setup for presentations and virtual meetings.

 • Three unique lounge zones with carefully selected furnishings create welcoming spaces for relaxation and informal conversations.
