The 2025 edition of our chalet project exemplifies our latest work in transforming a prefabricated structure into a refined, multifunctional environment designed for high-end exposition. This year’s scope encompassed both exterior and interior enhancements, with the goal of creating a dynamic space tailored for business engagement, entertainment, and immersive brand storytelling of giga projects - DIRIYAH and NEOM under umbrella of Invest Saudi.

The result is a seamless fusion of cutting-edge design, smart technology, and strategic spatial planning. Every area within the chalet was purpose-built to support diverse functions—from focused meetings to immersive experiences—making the space adaptable and impactful. The standout feature is the projection mapping and the schowcased model, which leverages next-gen technology to elevate interaction and spatial narrative. This 2025 project reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation, delivering a sophisticated environment where design and functionality converge.

Project Scope

Outdoor Design and Decoration

For the 2025 edition, the chalet’s exterior was reimagined with bold, modern elements:

• Branded Visuals: Custom graphics and signage reinforced the brand identity, creating immediate visual impact.

• Alucobond Façade: A sleek, rain-resistant cladding added durability and a refined, contemporary look.

• Geometric Forms: Striking triangular shapes introduced a dynamic, architectural edge to the overall design.

Interior Construction

The chalet’s interior spans two floors, each dedicated to distinct purposes and fitted with cutting-edge technology and refined design elements.

The ground floor was transformed into an interactive tech hub, designed to captivate and engage through cutting-edge digital experiences.

• Masterplan Showcase: A physical model of the DIRIYAH project took center stage, enhanced with projection mapping to create a compelling, immersive narrative.

• High-resolution LED screens powered by Unreal Engine delivered dynamic, real-time visuals—ideal for storytelling, presentations, and spatial simulations.

First Floor: Business and Lounge Areas

The first floor offers a professional atmosphere, balancing productivity with comfort.

• Six Meeting Rooms: Located in the DIRIYAH and NEOM zones, each room featured exclusive furniture, a custom branding, glass partitions, and full AV integration.

• Lounge & Majlis: A stylish lounge and a modern majlis provided comfortable, exclusive spaces for both informal and formal conversations.
