This case study showcases our recent project at Expo Real 2025 in Munich, where we successfully delivered three impressive booths for Invest Saudi, covering a total area of 532 m² — 246 m², 176 m², and 110 m².

As part of this high-profile international event, each booth was designed with a premium look and cohesive branding, reflecting Invest Saudi’s global presence and leadership. The spaces featured elegant architecture, clean lines, and strategic lighting to create an immersive and impactful experience for visitors.

Project Scope

Design and Decoration

The design concept centered around modern elegance and architectural clarity, reflecting the exhibitors’ vision and style. Each of the five exhibitors had distinct features, all seamlessly integrated into a unified architectural framework. The stand combined a clean structural language with integrated LED displays, creating a high-end hospitality zone and an open layout that ensured smooth visitor flow around all exhibitor areas.

Suspended Installation & Double-Level Truss System

A key challenge was creating a suspended installation that appeared visually light while remaining structurally safe and capable of supporting equipment. To achieve this, a double-level truss system was engineered.

Main Rigging Truss. A robust primary cross-type truss structure was installed at a height of 6 meters, forming the main load-bearing framework for the secondary suspended elements: fabric framework cube and projection mapping.

Secondary “Floating” Truss for AV gear. Below the main truss, a smaller secondary truss was suspended using high-strength chains. This created a two-tier system for installation of the video projectors and sound equipment, being seamlessly integrated and cladded in brand colours.

By separating the structure into two levels, the suspended feature retained its elegant, floating appearance:

• The fabric installation remained uninterrupted and visually clean

• The technical truss stayed compact and unobtrusive

• The overall system balanced integrity with architectural lightness

Lighting design elements

  • The stand featured a large number of integrated LED lighting elements, including backlit branding panels, concealed linear LEDs and warm ambient fixtures. Together, they created a refined atmosphere that highlighted architectural textures, and provided a consistent, high-end visual identity across all exhibitor areas.

A quiet sense of luxury

  • The meeting rooms of Diriyah were executed to evoke a quiet sense of luxury, achieved through a combination of warm integrated lighting and finely detailed metal partitions with geometric pattern, plush seating, and rich finishings. The rooms featured an intimate, high-end environment ideal for private discussions and premium presentations.

Digital Media Walls

  • A total of 13 integrated LED screens were embedded into the structural frames, including four 75-inch displays for high-visibility content and seven additional screens dedicated to the meeting rooms. Distributed across two stands totaling 532 m², all digital elements were synchronised to deliver a cohesive brand narrative and an immersive presentation experience.

Material & Finish Selection

  • Warm wood tones contrasted with light paint textures created a refined sophistication with approachability.

  • Backlit decorative panels introduced depth and softness to the main areas and meeting spaces, enhancing the intimate, high-end atmosphere.

  • Natural plants brought organic warmth, reinforcing a hospitality-driven, inviting environment.
