Production Coordination

Effective production coordination during stand manufacturing and assembling ensures a seamless process, from concept to execution, delivering impactful and visually stunning exhibition booth that enhance brand presence and engagement at trade shows and events.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Supervising the entire lifecycle of the stand construction, from initial design and fabrication to installation and dismantling. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that the whole project stays on track.
Coordination of Suppliers
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including designers, engineers, carpenters, material suppliers, venue service providers, to ensure that all elements of the stand are produced and delivered as per specifications and in accordance to timeline. Effective coordination eliminates delays and quality issues.
Logistics Planning
Organizing the transportation and handling of materials and components to and from the event venue. This involves scheduling deliveries, managing storage, and ensuring that all components arrive in appropriate condition.
Quality Control
Implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes to ensure that the construction meets all safety standards and design requirements. This includes conducting inspections and addressing any issues that arise during the manufacturing and installation phase.
Drawings revision
Attention to drawing preparation, constant cross-checking, and updating the blueprints ensure that the booth construction aligns with the specifics of the demo products, branding guidelines, AV equipment, and safety rules. This approach helps create a booth that is not only visually attractive but also practical and comfortable to use.
On-Site Management
During the event, having a dedicated team to manage on-site operations is crucial. This includes setting up booths, coordinating the vendors, managing exhibitor and attendee services, troubleshooting, live-show supervision, and ensuring that the event runs smoothly according to the schedule.
