The 2026 edition of our Outdoor chalets project marks the next evolution in transforming prefabricated structures into refined, multifunctional environments designed for high-level international exhibitions. This year the scope expanded to two separate chalets, measuring 450 m² and 750 m², both delivered with complete interior and exterior fit-out in just five days. The spaces were conceived to host meetings, hospitality, and immersive presentations for some of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious giga-projects — Diriyah, King Salman Park, New Murabba and Soudah — presented under the Invest Saudi umbrella.
The design focused on creating flexible environments capable of supporting both focused business discussions and large-scale networking moments. Projection mapping and the central project models became key storytelling elements, enhancing spatial experience and visitor engagement. The result is a seamless integration of architecture, technology and strategic spatial planning, creating an adaptable setting where business, design and immersive narrative converge while demonstrating Mirrorlab’s capability to deliver complex exhibition environments with speed and precision.

Project Scope
Facade technolody
For the 2026 edition, the chalets’ façades were constructed using 3D aluminium alubond panels, creating a solid, clean architectural surface while ensuring durability and rain resistance for outdoor conditions.
The structure was reinforced to support integrated elements, including a large LED wall seamlessly embedded into the façade. Carefully designed panel geometry and wood accents add depth and visual rhythm, combining robust construction with a refined contemporary appearance.

Build up Highlights
The 2026 build-up of both chalets was a fast-paced, high-precision operation completed in just 7 days, covering 1,200 m² of total built area.
The project was delivered by a skilled team of 40 carpenters, working simultaneously and in close coordination to execute the complex job. Careful planning and synchronized workflows allowed interior construction, façade installation and technical integration to progress in parallel, ensuring the chalets were completed efficiently and on schedule while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and precision.

Extensive LED lighting for a cosy environment
LED lighting integrated into walls, between lamellas, within counters and illuminated logos, combined with decorative lamps, creates a warm engaging spatial experience.
Interior Construction: Creative Business Spaces with a Refined Look & Feel
The result demonstrate how prefabricated structures can be transformed into refined, high-end environments through thoughtful design and precise execution. The interiors combine natural materials, warm wood finishes, soft textiles and integrated architectural lighting to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere suitable for business meetings, presentations and hospitality.
Careful attention was given to material quality and detailing: custom wood slat walls, seamless wall finishes, concealed lighting lines and bespoke furniture layouts ensure both visual coherence and functionality. The integration of large-format LED displays and project models enhances storytelling while maintaining a clean architectural composition.
Despite the temporary nature of the installation, the booths were delivered with high standards of craftsmanship, precise joinery and carefully coordinated finishes. The result is a sophisticated environment where design, technology and material quality come together to support impactful brand presentation and comfortable visitor experience.
